Ki-Adi-Mundi was a Cerean Jedi Master who served the Galactic Republic. He first appeared in Star Wars: Episode 1, The Phantom Menace, as a member of the Jedi Council.
A valued member of the Jedi Order during the prequels, Ki-Adi-Mundi possessed exceptional intellect and strategic abilities. As seen in Star Wars: Episode 2, Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode 3, Revenge of the Sith, and explored further in Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, he frequently advised the Council on military matters and often led troops into battle during the Clone Wars.
Ki-Adi-Mundi's unique physiology, a large conical head, set him apart from many other Jedi. Ultimately, like many of the Jedi Order, he was betrayed and killed during Order 66.
